I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the first-line, non-medication treatment for chronic insomnia. I work with adults who struggle to fall asleep, wake during the night and have trouble returning to sleep, or wake up feeling unrefreshed despite spending enough time in bed.
