Hi, I am Mandy Witthuhn, Licensed Clinicial Social Worker. My work is focused on empowering people to create mindful change in their lives by relating to their thoughts in a more helpful way, re-connecting to authenticity and showing up in life to do more of what truly matters.
As a therapist, I do this through developing an empathic therapeutic relationship, cultivating insight and applying the concepts of Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I also hold certifications in EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Exposure Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am a firm believer that people have, within themselves, the resources to grow and heal. My commitment, as a therapist, is to help them discover and apply those resources in order to live a more meaningful life and live it well.
