Both my personal and company mission is to empower people of all ages to bravely live, love, and overcome. My goal is to equip clients with the courage, strength, and resiliency needed to fully engage in the lives they lead. This is accomplished through therapy, coaching, and small group work using resources and interventions that are both insight-oriented and grounded in research. My work is largely influenced by Brene Brown's research on shame, vulnerability, and wholehearted living as well as John Gottman's research on marriage and couple relationships.
A passion of mine is infertility and assisted conceptions. I have personally traveled the long road of infertility including endometriosis, DOR, multiple failed IVFs, and pregnancy loss. I am now currently a mom to two beautiful children via egg donation. I understand deeply the experience of loss, longing, and feeling lost that characterizes this journey.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Orlando, FL. I earned my Masters of Science from Loma Linda University in Southern California. In addition, I have 20 years of experience in healthcare training and organizational culture.
