Other times people may feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed with the turns life has taken. Life struggles are inevitable and sometimes people need additional support. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has worked with diverse populations ranging from children, adolescents to adults and families within settings such as outpatient facilities and clinics. I utilize a client centered, strength-based approach.
I believe that trust and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship are most important. I focus on issues around trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, and relationship counseling for individuals and couples. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I am certified in Gottman Method Level 1 and 2.
I am passionate about providing a safe space, to cultivate greater self-understanding, compassion for oneself and the ability to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support you on a journey that allows you to gain skills and knowledge and find balance in living a more authentic and fulfilled life.
