Welcome to my profile, I serve individuals based on various areas, including, anxiety & stress, trauma, depression/mood, relationship conflict, healthy coping skills, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief/loss/infertility, and communication issues. A few techniques I utilize include, EMDR certified, CBT, TF-CBT, person-centered therapy, psychoeducation, solution focused, and trauma informed care. In order to develop and sustain a healing space, I offer an individualized approach based on unconditional positive regard, non-judgment, and having a strong rapport and trust with each individual.
I have a diverse background with several populations, mostly adults and adolescents. I've had experience in the hospital/crisis setting, residential, community mental health centers, substance use treatment, group environments, and private practice. I offer a holistic, cohesiveness, and openness stance towards the healing approach with each individual.
Rapport, trust, support, non-judgment, resiliency, combination of goals and feedback together, active listing skills, & accountability are highly relevant by guiding sufficient sessions. Also, acknowledging that awareness of one's insight and motivation to the healing process are individualized and not based on a "one size fits all" belief.
