I work with clients who are experiencing the impacts of trauma & grief. When you're carrying the weight of this, life can feel like it's out of your control. It sometimes feels like you're either numb, going through the motions or that your emotions take over which makes it difficult to feel ease in your day-to-day life. We start by increasing your ability to self-regulate through mindfulness, release the impacts of trauma through somatic work and then build towards the life you truly want to live.
When you've been carrying pain for so long, it can be hard to imagine your life changing. Healing happens in the micro-movements, session by session, & day by day.
