I have over 10 years of experience working with a variety of clients. I have worked with children to geriatrics. I primarily work with young adults and adults on life struggles, anxiety, depression, parenting and mood disorders. My goal is to meet clients where you are at in your walk of life and utilize the wraparound approach to provide you with supports outside of the therapy room, This means that I work with several community agencies to provide extra support economically as well. I have a passion for working with Parents and their children, to nurture the parent-child relationship through the parent.

I work from a strength based approach. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques that look at you and your whole picture. I will utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy and have been trained in Gottman Theory and a variety of other approaches.

My goal as your therapist is to be approachable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about the difficult aspects of your life. I will hold you accountable in a compassionate way but want to see you be successful in meeting your goals.
