I hope to offer you a new experience of therapy! Combining traditional psychodynamic and CBT with the world of somatic techniques, we can truly heal. As an avid researcher, I pull from 30 years of practice and study in various additional psychotherapeutic and health disciplines. Sessions are personalized, combining modalities to fit your specific mental health needs. Sessions can include traditional talk therapy as well as movement-based strategies, yoga, meditation, biofeedback, energy psychology, nutrition and expressive arts. I work with all ages, having had the privilege of treating clients from the age of 4 to 95.
I specialize in trauma, OCD, and all other anxiety disorders, but also treat most other DSM-V disorders. I'm trained in a variety of methods and techniques and believe there is something that can work for everyone, it's just a matter of finding it! I make it my goal to offer the newest and most effective techniques to help you recover your mental health.
I am trained in yoga and movement-based therapies, nutrition therapy, and offer resources and guidance to comprehensively address your mental health needs. I'm currently training in Polyvagal treatment interventions to address acute trauma reactions.
