Our team of clinicians specialize in the treatment of addictions, relationship problems, mood disorders, traumas and helping young adults find direction in life. We believe change is accomplished by gaining insight into the underlying causes of problems, becoming aware of and connected to feelings and learning new coping skills for the ups and downs of life.
Therapy should be a safe space to be vulnerable and dig deeper. Our counseling approach is built on creating an authentic and empathetic relationship with you. We take a holistic approach to your well-being, including aspects of attachment theory, Buddhist philosophy, EMDR, and inner-child healing during our sessions.
