I am passionate about being a therapist, but you might also call me a guide and partner on the journey of life. I work alongside clients who want to learn more about themselves and their unique paths, especially when they've become stuck or lost. Throughout my career, I have supported clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate issues like sexual abuse, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, relational distress, cancer and codependency. I also lead groups focused on anxiety, sexual abuse, codependency, and spiritual abuse. I enjoy working with older kids, teens, adults, and couples.
My highest aim is to create a place of safety and grace for those struggling with emotional or relational challenges. Here, hard questions can be asked and explored without judgment. Finding the courage to begin counseling is an admirable first step on your path to healing. I look forward to starting this sacred journey toward wellness together.
