Welcome. It is a significant step to begin exploring working with a therapist. Clients have found my approach to be warm, collaborative, integrative, trauma-informed and culturally aware, providing an affirming space to support healing and growth. My integrative and interpersonal approach draws from neurobiology, attachment theory, mindfulness, and ACT but we will tailor our work together to meet your goals and needs, guided by your identities, strengths, and experiences.
I founded a multidisciplinary center at UC Irvine focused on preventing interpersonal violence and supporting survivors. With over 17 years of experience as a director, private practitioner, consultant, and speaker, I now offer psychotherapy services in California, Colorado and Florida, and also serve as a consultant and trainer for various organizations.
I would be honored to begin the journey together of navigating life's challenges and uncovering paths to healing and growth.
