Couples are my primary specialty; I'm certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I also see individual adults who have relationship concerns. I work with people who are wrestling with feeling lonely, exhausted, sad, anxious, disconnected, or failing in their most important relationships, those who believe they aren’t enough or aren’t good enough for their person, those who just want peace, those who are afraid their person will leave, those who move away from emotions and those who are all too aware of them.

With 15 years of experience working with couples, I help them de-escalate, establish trust and safety, and overall feel closer and more connected. I'm trained in multiple modalities; Emotionally Focused Therapy is my approach of choice. I'm also trauma informed, including training/experience with parts work, somatic and mindfulness based modalities.
