Using a trauma-informed, client-centered integrative approach to therapy, I draw from psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and collaborative problem-solving strategies. From this base, I will collaborate to fully understand your unique goals, experiences, and traumas and tailor your therapeutic experience to fit your needs.
I also recently wrote a Children's Book entitled "Willow the Highly Sensitive Pup." Since its publication, this book has helped many "sensitive" children and some adults not feel like outsiders. It has also transcended the HSP population and is helping normalize the feelings and reactions of children on the non-neurotypical spectrum.
