If you're looking for help, my hope is that I'm able to provide healing, empowerment, and a safe place to be heard. Most of my experience is in working with military, couples, students, and adolescents who struggle with addiction, grief, trauma, parenting, and relationships. I have a sincere passion to just "be" with people and offer support, a new perspective, and possibly even some challenges. I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing) trained to work with anxiety, addiction, trauma, and PTSD.
Over the years, I have come to realize we are truly meant to be in community with one another and not go through difficult times on our own. I don't believe God intended us to live a life filled with worry or fear, so I hope you'll reach out for help and allow me to guide you to where you want to be.
