My approach is typically psychodynamic in which I aim to help you uncover the roots of your emotional suffering. I have training in addressing the unconscious or shadow, dreamwork, somatic therapy, perinatal therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, psychoeducation, and expressive arts.
