I specialize in working with adults and couples who are dealing with issues related to attachment, sexual identity, and neurodivergence. I often work with clients who have complicated family dynamics or high stress work environments. I treat those with a diagnosis or symptoms of ADHD, PTSD, and various types of anxiety and depression. I am passionate about providing an affirming and inclusive space for historically marginalized groups, including but not limited to BIPOC, interracial couples, and women. I also enjoy working with fellow members of the queer community.
I am an attachment oriented, experiential therapist. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and I tend to use it with couples and individuals because it's inclusive and cross culturally effective. I am level 2 trained in Gottman Method and am an approved member of the Relationship Checkup which I use for skill building and progress tracking.
