I specialize in working with adults and couples who are dealing with issues related to attachment, identity, and trauma. This includes intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, PTSD, and other related concerns. I also work with clients who have a diagnosis or symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression, or experience high stress. I am passionate about providing an affirming and inclusive space for historically marginalized groups, including but not limited to BIPOC, interracial couples, and women. I also enjoy working with fellow members of the queer community.
I am an attachment oriented, experiential therapist. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and I tend to use it with couples and individuals because it's inclusive and cross culturally effective. I am level 2 trained in Gottman Method and am an approved member of the Relationship Checkup which I use for skill building and progress tracking.
