I specialize in supporting women through pivotal life stages—from college students managing academics, identity, and mental health, to new mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and breastfeeding, to seasoned mothers balancing careers, home life, and their children's busy schedules. Balancing life, careers, and family can be easier with help.

I also have clinical experience working with trauma, eating disorders, Borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, substance use addiction and recovery. I believe in a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and will create goals based on your values and needs.
