I work with ADHD and Autistic teens and adults—often navigating trauma, OCD, or anxiety alongside neurodivergence. Whether outdoors, online, or with my therapy dog, I use affirming, evidence-based approaches like DBT, ICBT, and ART to support executive function, emotional regulation, and self-trust—without shame or one-size-fits-all advice.
