I am a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background in many areas, including Mental Health Counseling, Vocational Services, Vocational Counseling, and Health and Human Services. My goal in the therapeutic process is to help clients achieve a greater sense of well-being. My practice includes cognitive and behavioral approaches, exposure, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. I provide traditional Therapy Services, Walk &Talk Therapy, and Vocational/Career Counseling. I have always enjoyed helping others and look forward to working with you.
Everyone has different reasons for engaging in therapy, the process begins where you are. We all have ups and down’s and our mindset can play a significant role in how we are feeling. By understanding our mindset, we are better able to make the changes we need in order to improve ourselves and take on life’s challenges.
