Many of my clients have already done therapy or personal growth work and understand their patterns, but still feel stuck repeating them. Therapy with me moves beyond insight alone. Together we work with both your mind and nervous system to shift these deeper patterns so you can trust your internal signals, set clearer boundaries, and respond to life from a steadier place.
I specialize in working with self-aware adults navigating over-functioning, relational patterns, and chronic emotional responsibility for others. My approach integrates somatic therapy, attachment work, and evidence-informed psychotherapy to help insight translate into real, embodied change.
If you’re someone who tends to hold a lot for others, therapy can be a place where you no longer have to do that alone.
