I work with children ages 5 and up who struggle with ADHD, anxiety and socialization issues. I also provide parent training for those families who are seeking support and guidance managing their child’s special needs. Additionally, I am very experienced with adults dealing with anxiety, depression and domestic violence. I am also LGBTQ and Lifestyle friendly. I offer a safe space to talk and work through your feelings.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years and a Special Educator for over 10 years, I have an array of skills working with clients who have developmental disabilities. I can help families navigate the Special Education system by interpreting evaluations, conducting comprehensive assessments and making recommendations to CSE committees.
In addition to my professional experience, I also draw from my personal experience as a parent of two children on the Autism Spectrum. I’ve been a strong advocate in this field and am extremely passionate about helping children maximize their individual potential.
