I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate relationship struggles, understand what’s happening between you, and support you in making thoughtful choices. Couples often seek support for challenges like feeling disconnected, getting stuck in repeated patterns where one partner chases and the other pulls away, trust/betrayal issues, feeling overly responsible for each other, substance use, or difficulty communicating. I also provide discernment counseling for couples who are unsure whether to stay together. Services are offered in person in St. Louis or virtually for clients in Missouri, Illinois, Florida & Oregon.
I work best with couples, adult family members, individuals. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Discernment Counseling, Gottman and family systems theory, parts work. Trained in EMDR and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Licensed in States of MO, IL, FL, & OR. I am a licensure supervisor for clinical social workers.
