I specialize in working with adults, college students, business owners, and adolescents dealing with trauma, abuse and dissociation issues, mood disorders, and life changes including transitions and grief and loss issues. Children between ages of 5 and 10 years old are seen on case by case basis. Clients seeking lasting changes in their lives or just looking for help to identify goals towards finding balance in their daily lives, as well as individuals seeking to align with and live their truth AND who are willing to do the personal reflection and work this demands are ideal clients for my practice.
I have an extensive history working with at-risk adolescents as well as significant training and continuing education in the field of trauma and dissociation both in adolescents and adults. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches in order to personalize and tailor treatment for each client.
In addition to my professional education and training, I have also trained to become a "Carrier of Council" or in other words a vision quest facilitator. The heart of my work as Carrier of Council extends into my practice by facilitating clients to tell their story and live their truth.
