It supports you during the tough time and also promotes self growth. It helps you to live a happy, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
Experienced in academia and clinical practice. My passion is to empower individual to overcome personal and social obstacles in personal growth in order to achieve their full potential. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and a Qualified Level I Mindfulness-Base Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher from Brown University. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
