My specialties include self- care/ compassion, mindfulness and stress/ anxiety management . I utilize Dialetical Behavior Therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavior, as well as Solution Focused Therapy as a means to assist individuals process through the difficult times that individuals may be encountering.
