I can offer you support, tools and understanding to help you feel better yourself and improve your relationships, communication issues or difficulties with parenting styles. I can also help guide you through life transitions and processing trauma and grief. I will listen to your specific situation and tailor my approach and recommendations to meet your needs.
I strive to build a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive, and to provide a safe environment for all of my clients to feel comfortable exploring their issues. With compassionate and empathy, I will work with you to develop a deeper and more nuanced sense of self-understanding and self-esteem. I can also provide supervision to LGPCs who want to grow and learn.
As a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, I also provide counseling services in Mandarin Chinese, as well as English. I work with many cross cultural couples and individuals looking at their cultures from birth and those they are submerged in today.
