I work with children and adolescents across Texas who struggle with overthinking, fear of mistakes, reassurance-seeking, selective mutism, and emotional outbursts. Therapy can help them feel safer, more in control, and confident again.
With advanced training in child and adolescent trauma and anxiety, I provide practical, age-appropriate skills to reduce avoidance, calm big emotions, and improve communication. Parents are included in the process so changes happen at home and school.
