Manda Gail Conerly's Groups
Takes a Village
Our Maternal Mental Health online group is focused on supporting moms (whether you've been in the game for awhile or are brand new to the club!) in the day to day, the traumatic, the what-am-I-even-doing, and the important task of finding their new identity as a mother and as a woman. For more information: https://forms.gle/6oaaKwE85YAnEPez9
Wednesday Warriors
Our trauma focused online group is created to focus on psychoeducation, support, validation, and assisting survivors in identifying any self-harm related coping methods they have been using to survive (including substance use) while identifying alternate ways to thrive and heal. Members are carefully vetted prior to acceptance due to the intimate nature of the group. For more information: https://forms.gle/6oaaKwE85YAnEPez9
Priority Practice
Our online Priority Practice group is designed for both current and former caregivers in need of support, validation, connection, and healing. Caregivers are unsung heroes who often find themselves isolated, invisible, and at a loss of who they are outside of being a caregiver. This group focuses on those areas as well as providing a safe space to share experiences, traumas, and find healing in the release of shame, regret, resentment, guilt, and sorrow.
