Navigating mental, relational, and emotional struggles alone can be exhausting. I am so glad you are here. With over a decade of clinical experience and rigorous training, I specialize in helping clients overcome attachment insecurity, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover the root of your pain, utilizing a personalized and culturally-informed approach. We will then collaborate on a concrete treatment plan to meet your goals in a way that promotes sustainable change and long-term healing.
My approach is compassionate, deeply invested, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior therapy, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems. A warm, authentic environment, in combination with a discussion of practical tools and strategies, is ultimately what has facilitated healing for my clients.
I treat individuals 14+, couples, and families in CA and IL. To ease the financial aspect, I offer Superbills for insurance reimbursement. This journey is about you.
