I work with BIPOC adults, South Asian immigrants, couples, college students, immigrants, tech workers, LGBTQ+ folks, other therapists, and first timers in therapy. I take into account your life experiences, cultural background and your goals, to be able to tailor therapy that meets your need.

I am specialised in South Asian Mental Health, Self-Esteem, Trauma, sex therapy and sexual misconduct (past perpetrator of sexual abuse or domestic violence). I use a range of evidence-based practices to engage in acceptance of our thoughts and emotions without judgement and empower ourselves to manage them.
