I specialize in working with complex mental health concerns, often co-occurring with chronic physiological conditions or challenges. I specialize in somatic therapy, ketamine-assisted somatic therapy and psychedelic preparation and integration work. My approach is warm, inquisitive and gently challenging. My work focuses on building a safe, stable therapeutic relationship as a foundation for deep therapeutic work. I am experienced in providing therapy to therapists as well as people seeking therapy for the first time. I am currently offering in person sessions in Salida and virtually throughout Colorado.

Somatic therapy brings your awareness of your body and nervous system into the process of therapy. As we explore your concerns and challenges we can also begin to notice and track what's happening in the body at the same time. In addition to somatic psychotherapy, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
