As a military spouse, mother, professor, and business woman, I can relate to the ever-changing challenges related to wearing multiple hats and tackling multiple responsibilities. My career has been spent assisting others through their most challenging times of life and I am committed to supporting you reach your personal potential. Therapy is an individual experience and you can feel safe knowing our sessions offer you a judgement-free space to take off the mask and be yourself.
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life adjustments. I also work with adults, adolescents and teens in areas related to bullying, self-esteem, work/school issues, etc. There are also 2 other providers in my group that have their own niche to assist you. I identify as a BIPOC provider and can incorporate culture aspects into treatment.
