Therapeutic process can be facilitated by creating room for feelings and thoughts. I help you come to some kind of understanding of the experiences which are in the present and may be related to the past. The acquired wisdom can help to bring a sense of empowerment for the future.
I was born and raised in a rural area of Japan. What inspired me to study Psychology was to better understand the struggles I've had in life. I believe that my life experiences became instrumental in increasing my sensitivity to client's needs and improving my ability to connect with clients in a meaningful way.
