Life is complex, but feeling alone can really make it feel intolerable. As a clinical social worker, my approach to mental health is rooted in unconditional positive regard and care, all based on a belief that we can heal from previous hurt and traumas. I delight in accompanying individuals through their life experience, processing the challenging emotions, and witnessing the emergence of relief, tolerating the myriad of emotions, and finding a life of thriving. I see the therapeutic relationship as a personalized, reparative dyad for discovering new ways of viewing yourself and connecting in relationships.

Our therapeutic relationship is approached primarily through identifying and processing your life experience, body-based awareness, psychoeducation, and use of accelerated experiential dyadic psychotherapy (AEDP) with somatic, mindfulness techniques.
