We all struggle, but you don’t have to struggle in silence. I take a collaborative approach to therapy so that you feel supported, empowered, and most of all heard and understood. If you are navigating life's challenges and seeking support with issues, such as relationship conflicts, stress, trauma, or personal growth I can help. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions and experiences. I can help you understand yourself better and find constructive ways to overcome obstacles. I work with children, teens, and adults. I am trained in Art therapy, AFCC, and always strive to keep my skills up to date.
I use a combination of traditional talk therapy approaches, in conjunction with art therapy, to gain a full understanding of your unique situation. No art experience is required. My strengths-based approach is holistic and individual. I will even bring my dog Enzo to our session upon request to provide unique calming support to the room.
