“You are not your mental illness”. Sometimes seeing yourself apart from a diagnosis can be hard. However, I wholeheartedly believe that your diagnosis does not define who you are and hope to instill this idea into you, as my client. My goal as a therapist is to help you to be your best possible self and to encourage you through therapy. I will use CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness and self love techniques. I will push you and encourage you to achieve your goals.
