I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum difficulties, infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, traumatic birth experiences, abortion, adoption and women’s health issues. I also help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, toxic family relationships, painful childhood memories, divorce, breakups, parenting/single parenting and other general concerns. I help new moms, aspiring moms and busy women overcome their deepest struggles by increasing self insight, learning how to experience their feelings differently, and letting go of afflictions on repeat in their heads. I'll help you understand not only why and how you're affected by your experience, but what to do about it.
Much of my work is inspired by being a busy mom to three very young, perfectly imperfect children. I am attachment based, believe heavily in the role one's upbringing has on their sense of self and always encourage clients to make values based decisions. Let's explore what that means to you!
