I’m so glad you’re here! If you're working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, OCD, trauma, body image concerns or chronic illness, I may be able to help. For an initial appointment, you can expect approximately an hour during which I can get to know you better and discuss your main concerns and goals for therapy. For sessions following that, you can expect approximately an hour to process experiences and learn new skills.
I currently work with adults (18+) and provide individual therapy services. My office is located just minutes from MSU's campus and I offer telehealth services as well. Therapy can be short or long- term depending on need.
