I am an eating disorder therapist who enjoys helping clients create a healthy relationship with food and their body. I treat all eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, and weight concerns through a health at every size (HAES), narrative, and humanistic framework. I also weave in evidence based treatment to foster change and growth.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and inviting space to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship for my clients.
