My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and trauma-informed. That means we don’t just focus on what’s happening on the surface. Together, we can slow down and become curious about the patterns, relationships, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped the way you move through the world.
Therapy isn’t about me telling you who you should be. It’s about creating a space where you can be honest, understood, and curious about who you are becoming. Together, we can explore the different parts of your experience, make sense of what you’ve been through, and figure out what you want your life to look like moving forward.
