Dr. Primm is comfortable integrating psychodrama into individual therapy sessions, depending on the preferences and needs of each person. She also co-facilitates the Monday evening psychodrama group at CCGC, as well as offers psychodrama personal growth workshops and psychodrama trainings for professionals.

Monday Evening Psychodrama Group
Ready for real change? Join this 8-week group and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, Recognize and shift unhelpful relationship patterns. Build confidence and self-compassion. Try out new roles in a safe, supportive space. Psychodrama is an active, experiential therapy that goes beyond talk therapy engaging the body, emotions, and imagination to help participants safely express feelings, challenge old beliefs, and strengthen connection with self and others. The Winter Cycle begins on 1/26/26 and runs for eight consecutive weeks, excluding President’s Day 2/16/26.
