I help children, adolescents, or adult women, through learning regulation and coping skills using art, play, or other experiential means. Training in EMDR, Brainspotting, TBRI, Theraplay, Circle of Security, Trauma Focused CBT, Attachment Regulation & Competency, and Sensory Motor Affect Regulation Therapy. I have 15 years experience working with adoption, attachment, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am open to working with any age child, their parents, young adults and adult women.
I feel it is important to meet clients where they are when they come in. Relationships are first and trust is essential for progress and to begin the healing process. I believe healing must begin with collaborative goals and achievable steps to obtain those goals. Together, it is possible to work through even the most difficult of situations.
