About
I strive to help others live a happy, healthy, successful life and cope when it can get difficult. If you have troubles in a relationship or marriage, lack confidence in your self-worth, are tired of feeling overwhelmed by a vast range of emotions, need help understanding your thoughts and/or feelings ,I am here to work with you; and together, we can work towards achieving your goals. For over 5 years, I have been a professional counselor and enjoy helping young adults, adults, families, and couples through a therapeutic style that is non-judgmental, yet straightforward.
My areas of expertise are working with clients on interpersonal relationships, depression and anxiety, coping skills and strategies, and the effects of trauma. I have extensive experience working with trauma, in groups and with individuals, having worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault/abuse for several years.
Currently, I practice at The Menninger Clinic Outpatient Services in Bellaire. Out-of-network reimbursement is typically available for diagnostic and treatment services. Menninger offers to submit a detailed bill to insurers on your behalf, making it easier to be reimbursed.
