Reaching out for help can be a hurdle on its own, you don’t have to do the rest alone. Everyone has an inherent drive toward health and wholeness that will flourish if provided the right conditions. Together we can create those conditions through new relational experiences that allow for a deeper exploration of you and how you interact with the world. From a place of safety and support you may find more self understanding, and more self compassion which opens pathways to being that feel more authentic to who you are.
My approach is integrative, pulling from various psychological theories including relational, liberatory, archetypal/imaginal, somatic and psychoanalytic as well as eastern practices and philosophies. With a whole person perspective we will use your historical, social, cultural and spiritual reality to formulate a therapy that fits you.
I am a warm, engaged, and curious therapist offering collaborative support that is always person centered - you are the expert on you! I am continually honored to accompany folks on their unique journey. Issues I commonly work with include mood and personality disorders, trauma, grief, shame, addiction, and codependency/boundary issues.
