Hello and welcome! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting children, parents, families and individuals as they navigate life's challenges and relationships. My work is grounded in an attachment-focused, person centered approach emphasizing the importance of feeling safe, understood and emotionally connected as a foundation for healing and growth.
My goal is to help clients explore patterns in relationships, emotions and behaviors. Whether a child is struggling with emotional regulation, a parent is seeking support and guidance, or an individual feels overwhelmed, anxious or stuck, therapy offers a supportive space to build insight, strengthen relationships and establish healthier ways of coping.
