The decision to contact a counselor can be difficult but my hope to make the psychotherapy process as welcoming as possible. My counseling style is relaxed and collaborative in nature. I will take every measure to ensure that my office is a safe place to freely laugh, cry, and express any type of emotion as needed with children, adults, couples and families. I utilize different methods and approaches and tailor each treatment plan to the specific needs and goals of my clients.
I received a Master of Social Work Studies from Baylor University in 2013 and Clinical license in 2017. I also have a Masters of Theological Studies from Baylor University where I studied world religions and participated in extensive international travel that has made me comfortable working with all types of cultures, customs and religious beliefs.
My background as a hospital social worker given me experience, working in the ER, Inpatient Psych Unit and Oncology floors, and enables me to facilitate collaboration between family dynamics, medical processes and parent-child relationships.
