Everyone faces stress, major life transitions and hard choices in life. The good news is that you don't have to face any of these challenges alone. I believe that counseling can help you work through this issues in a non- judgmental safe space.
The part of counseling that I enjoy the most is helping people find hope that things can and will get better. I know that seeking help and opening up to a counselor can be challenging. We will start by getting to know each other as individuals and to develop an understanding of your goals to help you get on the road to healing.
I hold a Masters degree from Bradley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been licensed as an LCPC for 10 years. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but my primary focus is anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions and relationship issues. Contact me today to get started on the road to living the life that you want.
