Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma & support people who are moving through life's transitions. Many of my clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, substance use, or relationship issues. It's my honor to provide affirming care to LGBTQIA+ folks. I am fluent in ASL can offer services to Deaf or HoH clients in their native language. I am certified in two trauma treatments, Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) & Compassionate Inquiry. Both are aimed to remind you of your wholeness beyond the traumatic experiences.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in 20+ years of yoga practice. I draw on the intersection of mind-body connections such as grounding, movement & somatic noticing. I work from a somatic-based lens, incorporating different modalities which include inner child repair, attachment healing, archetypes, parts work & somatic emotional processing.
I believe in radical self-acceptance as a way to honor your already innate and complete wholeness. With clients, I strive to offer an opportunity to observe the depths of our conscious and unconscious patterns, without judgment, in a nurturing and empathetic environment.
