I specialize in the treatment of obsessive compulsive and related disorders, including body focused repetitive behaviors such as skin-picking and hair-pulling and body dysmorphic disorder, as well as anxiety disorders and perinatal anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and offer exposure with response prevention (ERP). I provided therapy in a partial hospitalization program from 2015 to 2017 and have been working with individuals at the outpatient level of care since 2017.
I received my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Alabama in 2014. During my graduate studies, I worked with adolescents and adults suffering from eating disorders and with college students who survived sexual assault, domestic violence, and childhood abuse.
From 2015 to 2017, I completed my post-master's supervision while providing treatment at Rogers Behavioral Health-Nashville to individuals suffering from OCD and related disorders and anxiety disorders. Additionally, I have received specialized training in the treatment of perinatal mood anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International.
