DBT is an evidenced based practice that brings calm to chaotic relationships with yourself and others; decreases unwanted behaviors; and teaches processing emotion through understanding of your emotions. The group is broken into three 8-week modules: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each module also focuses on mindfulness skills.
